| Description: Introduction to Python for kids 9-12 will run once a week for 10 weeks. In this course, youth will learn one of the most important programming languages - Python, to create games, secret messages, and customized projects. Youth will also uncover their basic Python programming wings. Youth will learn about planning programs, starting from building the “Hello World” program to building the “Guessing the Number” game and more! Why Python?Python is a general-purpose, versatile, and popular programming language. It's great as a first language because it is concise and easy to read; it is also a good language to have in any programmer's portfolio.
