Payment and Refund Policy
Monthly Programs
- Payment Schedule: Monthly fees are charged according to the program’s class schedule (for example, based on how many class days fall in that month).
- Pausing or Canceling Enrollment: To pause or cancel enrollment in any monthly program, parents or guardians must provide a written two-week notice before the start of the subsequent month.
Courses & Camps
- You may cancel your enrollment in a course or camp up to two weeks before the start date to receive a full refund minus a 6% administrative fee.
- Cancellations within two weeks of the start date are non-refundable; however, we are happy to explore transferring the registration to another session if available.
- If you cannot attend a course or camp, you may request to transfer to another available session, subject to approval and availability.
General Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through our online payment system (Stripe).
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take 3 to 5 business days to process.
- My Code Club reserves the right to adjust fees and policies with prior notice.
