My Code Club is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. As part of our efforts to document and share the fun and educational activities that take place during our programs, we may take photographs and/or videos of participants engaged in various activities. The purpose of this policy is to inform participants and/or their parents/guardians about how these images may be used and to obtain their consent.

By registering for our programs, classes, camps, and workshops, you give consent for us to take photographs and/or videos of you or your child during program activities. These images may be used for the following purposes:

1. Promotion: We may use images of participants in our promotional materials, including brochures, posters, and online ads, to showcase the fun and educational experiences we offer at My Code Club.
2. Social media: We may post images of participants on our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to share highlights of our programs with our followers and the wider community.
3. Documentation: We may use images of participants for internal documentation purposes, such as staff training, quality assurance, and program evaluation.
4. Participant/parent/guardian access: We may provide participants and/or their parents/guardians with access to images of themselves or their child upon request.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the images we capture are appropriate and respectful of participants' privacy. We will not use images in a way that could embarrass, humiliate, or otherwise harm participants. If you do not wish for us to take photographs and/or videos of you or your child during program activities, please inform us in writing prior to the start of the program. Please note that opting out of photography may limit your participation or your child's participation in certain activities that require documentation for safety or quality assurance purposes.
